• Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate.
• Children three and over require a ticket. Children under two are admitted free, provided that they sit on an adults lap and do not occupy a seat.
• Items not allowed in this venue include: audio and video recorders, weapons, laser pointers, pens, markers, chains, and spikes.
• Smoking is not allowed in this venue.
• Assistive Listening Devices are available for hearing-impaired guests at all Wiltern events. Please visit our front office just inside the lobby for assistance. The Wiltern is pleased to provide signed performances for our hearing-impaired guests for select concert events. Interpretation services are not guaranteed for every event; however, we will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advance notice, at least two weeks prior to the event. Please contact the venue for further information.

• Opus is located on Wilshire Blvd., three doors down from The Wiltern.
• Metro Rail and buses frequently stop near The Wiltern. To plan a route, please visit www.metro.net.
• The Theatre has an ATM machine located just on the left when you first enter the building. For our guests' convenience, most concession stands, bars, and merchandise kiosks accepted all major credit cards, including American Express.
• The Wiltern is equipped with wheelchair accessible aisles to each level. There is also a handicap accessible restroom outside the front office.
• Street and garage parking are available near The Wiltern.
• The resale of tickets is against the law and will not be permitted in and around the property of The Wiltern.
• Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images.
• Trained security personnel are available to assist any guest.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
• The merchandise stand is located in the main lobby area.
• Event Days: Three hours prior to show time Non-Event Days: Closed.
• There are no refunds and or exchanges for any unused tickets.
• Access to Level 1 directly in front of the stage is on a first come first serve basis. The possession of a General Admission Down ticket does not guarantee your access to this level.
• Trained emergency medical technicians (EMT) personnel are available to assist any guest. First aid offices are located inside the front office.
• Will Call tickets are released one hour prior to show time. You must have the credit card used to make the purchase and valid photo identification.
• Guests must be 21 and over with valid photo identification to purchase alcohol.
